Which areas do you cover?

I cover all BH postcodes — Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Sandbanks, Westbourne, Southbourne, Ferndown, Highcliffe and the villages just inland. If you're unsure, just ask.

What does the free meet & greet involve?

A relaxed 30–45 minute visit in your own home before any booking. We meet your pets, go through their routine, food, medication and any quirks, and you decide if it feels right. No obligation either way.

Are you insured and DBS checked?

Accepted Answer

Yes. I hold a current enhanced DBS certificate and full public liability and pet care insurance. Documentation is happily shared at our meet ' greet.

Can you give medication and injections?

Yes — that's one of the things I'm here for. Tablets, liquids, eye drops, ear drops, topical creams and subcutaneous injections (including insulin) are all comfortable territory for me.

Do you look after elderly or anxious pets?

Very happily. Quiet, patient, predictable visits suit nervous animals and older pets who need a slower pace. I'll always sit and let them come to me.

How long is each visit?

Standard drop-in visits are around 30 minutes. Longer visits and overnight stays are available — just let me know what your pet needs.

Do you stay overnight?

Yes, overnight stays in your home are available across the BH postcodes. They're especially good for dogs and anxious cats who don't cope well alone.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer is easiest. Payment is due at the end of each booking, or monthly for regular customers.

What if my pet gets unwell while Im away?

Accepted Answer

My veterinary background means I notice changes early. If something needs attention I'll contact you and, with your permission, take your pet to your usual vet.
